The difference between an event and a great evening is usually invisible: the timing of courses, the temperature of a room, the sense that someone competent is quietly in charge. Samuel plans events at that level of detail, then serves them as if they were effortless.
From an intimate table of six to a marquee’s long tables, the food is cooked fresh, on site, for the people in the room.
